We made it!
The challenge is up! If you made it to the end, congratulations! I have always thought and believed that our life is one grand experiment, and if you’re not willing to try new things from time to time, you might be missing out on opportunities to change the way you look and feel. Thank you guys for joining me on my annual summer challenge. I hope that you found it was challenging, and maybe it also encouraged some new habits. I’ve noticed a huge difference in both how I look and how I feel, and I know that several of you have shown me in-body scans from Supplement Superstore where significant progress was made. I hope you found this to be beneficial :)
