Something I've noticed...
Hey guys,
Something I've noticed as the body fat drops - you actually need less food to keep you going.
I've seen that my daily calorie base (using my Garmin watch) has come down in line with my weight.
Not by much, but it has come down. This is why it's important to adjust your targets once in a while.
