EARTH: Food, healthy, natural
WATER: Hydration, release toxins
FIRE: Exercise, movement heat
AIR: Sleep (8 hrs deep breathing!) and could be meditation, qigong, prayer
If we don’t get enough of all 4…
Shit can get hectic
We can get triggered more easily.
I think sleep is number one. But you can get more air having a car nap or meditating in the afternoon if you couldn’t get 7-8hrs at night.
Water is probably the most neglected.
Food and exercise are more obvious but can fall by the wayside.
So which of these images would look best for the group logo?!?
