Welcome to Evergreen Estimates, the AI growth machine for turf companies. You install it in your first 7 days, then spend Days 8-14 turning leads into booked estimates. You run the installs. This community hands you the machine: the ads, the AI setter, the follow-up and the reviews engine, pre-built and step by step in the Classroom. Never used GoHighLevel? Good. The lessons start from a brand new account, and you set up every piece yourself. No GoHighLevel account yet? Start your free GoHighLevel trial here (it's my affiliate link and costs you nothing extra). Course 2, Lesson 1 walks you through the rest. 🗺️ YOUR FIRST 14 DAYS Day 1: Start Here + Foundations (your offer, your numbers, your angle), then your GoHighLevel account with the system loaded Day 2: your website checked, your business number, and your text registration sent (carrier approval can take a while, so don't wait) Day 3: your calendars, your texts, and your Facebook Page + ad account Day 4: AI setter live and tested on your own phone Day 5: Ads built and waiting in Draft Day 6: Campaign #1 launched. Call every new lead as soon as your hands are free. Day 7: Follow-through on (call lists, follow-up texts, old lead reactivation, reviews) Days 8-14: Callbacks, booked estimates and your Day 14 tally. The target is $25K in booked turf estimates, about 3 estimates at an $8K average job. ✅ DO THESE 3 THINGS NOW 1) Introduce yourself in the replies: your name, town, crew size, one photo of a finished job, jobs per month now and jobs per month you want (Course 0, Lesson 3 walks you through it). That's how the group (and I) know what you're working with. 2) Open Classroom → Start Here and work through it in order. Don't skip ahead; each day sets up the next step of the install. The worksheets, templates and checklists you need are under Resources at the bottom of the lessons that use them. 3) Turn on notifications for this group (Course 0, Lesson 2 shows you how). Every new Vault drop is announced here first. The Weekly Live Q&A is every Wednesday at 8:30 PM Eastern: add it from the Calendar tab.
