Question regarding tracking step count
Currently prepping for my second show. My coach doesn’t track my steps but I’ve been keeping them at 8k a day just to keep things/myself moving. Considering I am just under 6 weeks out and still have some weight to drop, what do you think is a proper bump in step count? To keep this body fat level trending in the right direction.
Was curious your thoughts on this and the importance of tracking daily steps. Thanks brotha!
