First task: Incorporate at least one challenging physical activity each day.
Skipping done ✅ ( haven’t skipped for a while, so it was quite challenging)
Second task: Commit to ONE thing I hate doing and do it tomorrow morning.
Memorisation 1 line done ✅ ( hard to do today but memorised it properly today without hesitation because I took more time to memorise )
