Which means the energy is high, emotions might be amplified, and your body is probably holding more than you realize.
So let's shake it off.
HERE'S YOUR PRACTICE:
I'm dropping a song below.
Set a timer for 1 minute (or let the song guide you).
Start slow.
Just a gentle shake.
Your hands. Your arms. Your shoulders.
Let it build.
As the music moves, let your body move with it.
Shake harder. Faster. Looser.
Let whatever comes up - come up.
Don't force it.
Just allow your body to release:
- The week
- The day
- The stress
- The tension
- Whatever isn't serving you anymore
Your body knows what to let go.
You just have to give it permission.
No judgment. No "doing it right."
Just shake.
Like a dog shaking off water.
Like your body is saying "NOPE, not holding this anymore."
When the timer goes off (or the song ends):
Take 3 deep breaths.
Notice what shifted.
Notice what your body released.
And move into your weekend lighter.
