Thank you, for the introduction! I'm Charlene.
Most of you know the name. This is the first time I'm actually talking to you directly, and I didn't want to start with an introduction post about myself.
So I made you something instead.
It's a short guide called From Fog to Clarity.
I wrote it for women who are overwhelmed — not by failure, but by options. By noise. By the gap between what they think they should want and what they actually want when no one's watching.
It's built around four questions. The honest ones. The kind that feel uncomfortable for about ten seconds and then feel like relief.
I know them because I've had to live them.
I've been sober since 1981.
I've stared down a diagnosis that scared me badly enough that I genuinely changed how I lived.
I grew up without a hometown or a social script, which means I had to figure out what I actually believed rather than just inheriting someone else's answers.
These questions are the tools I still use. In my writing. In my daily life.
And they're the tools I used to guide women through Life changes for over 40 years.
The guide is free. No email required. No opt-in. Just click the PDF and it's yours.
If it helps you — even a little — I'd love to know.
Drop a comment or send me a message. That's the whole point of being here.
More from me in a few days.
