Color Me Beautiful - now available in your group Classroom!
Hello Ladies! I feel like I'm doing lots of behind the scenes building and it's beginning to come together. One project I've worked on over the last 3ish years is my Color Me Beautiful coloring book, where I have a simple affirmation and picture to color, and for each design there is a coaching video where I talk through the thoughts around that topic. It has made me happy to rewatch and polish the editing on this series! I feel these messages around self worth and perspective are deep and valuable, and can make a big impact on how women view and feel about themselves. I want to announce that the entire series is now available in our See Yourself Beautiful Classroom for free! You don't need the coloring book to appreciate the new thought patterns you can adopt for yourself by watching the short coaching videos. Self-acceptance tutorial
Beautiful friends, you may not yet be aware, but I have written a coloring and affirmations book for women called Color Me Beautiful :-) my favorite thing about it, besides the images and affirmations, which I carefully gathered, is that I have done a short 10 to 20 minute coaching video for each affirmation that combines with me doing the coloring. Did I choose skim, 1%, 2% or whole milk?
Here are a few things to think about when making a choice of dairy. As I made my choice this morning, I thought I'd share why. The short version (all explained in the video); I chose whole milk because... 1) Lower carb 2) Higher satiety / feeling of fullness 3) Creamy & delicious (this actually helps you stay on track!) *a less processed food than reduced fat milks.
