Ladies! I’ve just completed my own round of 8Beautiful - Bombshell track! I lost 17 pounds of fat, gained muscle and good habits, and I FEEL LIKE A BILLION! I’m so excited to introduce this program and app as a fun tool for you to play with while you make positive changes for yourself. We’ll start a group on 7/6 - Watch for more info next week!

Ladies- you’ll start hearing more about the 8Beautiful Approach - an 8 week transformation program developed just for women to gives simple framework for either A) radical physical and confidence transformation on Bombshell track OR B) a sustainable daily rhythm that shows you that you CAN be healthy and at a weight you love long term AND that it can be easy through Balance track. More on those to come… but - On either track one of the 8 daily steps is a moment of Silence for yourself, either one or two minutes. Hello Ladies! I feel like I'm doing lots of behind the scenes building and it's beginning to come together. One project I've worked on over the last 3ish years is my Color Me Beautiful coloring book, where I have a simple affirmation and picture to color, and for each design there is a coaching video where I talk through the thoughts around that topic. It has made me happy to rewatch and polish the editing on this series! I feel these messages around self worth and perspective are deep and valuable, and can make a big impact on how women view and feel about themselves. I want to announce that the entire series is now available in our See Yourself Beautiful Classroom for free! You don't need the coloring book to appreciate the new thought patterns you can adopt for yourself by watching the short coaching videos.
