I like to post meals and snacks to give new Beautiful ladies an idea of what is available to freely eat. This combo is a go-to. Mozzarella stick (0g carbs, 6 G protein) + fruit squeeze packet (10g carbs -3g fiber = 7 Net Carbs) + 2g protein. This fruit packet has no added sugars, just natural fruit sugars. I like the crunch of the chia seeds and the texture they give, and I like changing out the fruit flavors to something besides applesauce. Easy and portable - this pic is taken in my car. Will satisfy me another hour or two :)
