Self-acceptance tutorial
Beautiful friends, you may not yet be aware, but I have written a coloring and affirmations book for women called Color Me Beautiful :-) my favorite thing about it, besides the images and affirmations, which I carefully gathered, is that I have done a short 10 to 20 minute coaching video for each affirmation that combines with me doing the coloring.
