Here are a few things to think about when making a choice of dairy. As I made my choice this morning, I thought I'd share why.

I chose whole milk because...
1) Lower carb
2) Higher satiety / feeling of fullness
3) Creamy & delicious (this actually helps you stay on track!)
*a less processed food than reduced fat milks.
