Prelim Analysis Tool

Hey all,

I created this nifty tool I thought I would share with the group.

Where/When I plan to use this tool: Upon receiving a CIM, quickly scan for any immediate red flags/deal killers. If it is something I want to take a closer look at, I can plug in the info provided into this sheet, which gives me a clearer picture of performance, debt service scenarios, a space for rough addback adjustments, and broad brushstrokes SDE recast to help analyze how appeal the opportunity is. Second sheet is just a bare bones checklist of Ops questions to help further assess it it's a good fit.
