Root of Mental Health: Contextual spirituality
Mental health and the mind body connection begins with action, followed by speech (which can be a form of action), and thought and emotions are built atop that pyramid, leading back to the base- action. Mental health is based on contextual application surrounding spirituality. There is a science explaining how the world exists by a concealment of an infinity through two forms of concealment. One leads to the outer world, which is the science of matter. One leads to the inner world, and the science of psychology. The two forms are opposite, with the former functioning greater based on physical properties, hence being more measurable (chemistry, etc), while the latter remains more ethereal, so the science is less understood (aside chemical processes and brain mechanisms). The predominant function of the mind is based around spirituality, in context of community settings, and standards- what is “normal”, or not. When the mind contradicts spiritual principles (based around the seven principles of Noah, with outlying factors), the mind and source of spiritual potential is out of sync with the body. While this may be apparent in individuals who do abnormal things (eg. dressing or acting poorly), the reality is the science has not been understood, as it requires “calibration”- research and clarity of purpose through one principle of the seven with our lives, and more so for a professional dealing with many people. This is known by some, to differing degrees, but the source material, and principles, were not understood.
