Monkey press - 2 kettlebells?
Just been getting back into the monkey press with kbs which I love the feeling of along with the kb press. I’ve recently acquired v light kbs (2,4,6kg) and it’s really opened up the monkey press for me in terms of springing from foot to foot and bringing in balance which didn’t feel right with heavier weights. I’m also experimenting having a kb in each hand (2kg and 4kg). Gets my heart rate going straight away! Any disadvantages to using 2 kettlebells? Less depth on the coiled side?

Understanding Your Hamstrings!
We all know the hamstrings are a big important muscle but often we don't really feel them until they scream at us with cramp or a pull or when we stretch too far. Well I know this was the case for me at least. I had very little to no mind muscle connection and feeling in my hamstrings other then in these instances. Since a lot of exploring I have come up with a few drills that have helped me feel, nurture and nourish my hamstrings. In this video I share 3 demos/exercises that you can literally follow along and try all in 10minutes just to see if you can help love and understand you hamstrings a little better. Give 1-3 of the ideas a try and let me know how you get on! Tim
