As we head into the new month, I feel almost obliged to put together and post these two videos below.
In January, we spoke to 20+ agency owners - all doing more than $50k/m
I can count on one hand how many of them knew their LTV (how much a client is worth) and their Churn (how many of your clients leave every month)
So I decided to put together two videos;

It literally takes 12 minutes for you to calculate and start tracking these numbers in your agency
Everyone in this group has no excuses - we all should know and track these numbers on a regular basis to make sure the agency is on the right track!
