“Youth development for an entire season - 1) you can either play no games and focus on skill development / fundamentals 2) you can only play games and zero skill work?”
Mark said games of course because he will quit if it’s the first option 😂
My question: how would you handle a 3-5 day youth camp? I’ve fallen into the stations / drills camp with scrimmaging at the end, but we all know every kid wants to play! Ultimately, we want their joy for the game to grow and to be excited to comeback the next day or next year’s camp.
Curious if anyone has templates or ideas for how they run camps with a more games based approach?
