Shot selection Game
I just thought I would pass along something that I have been using to help my middle school team work on their shot selection. Instead of going 5v5 to 5, we have been going 5v5 to 50. Score on the made basket is the shot scale rating instead of the normal 1 or 2. So a 9 layup is worth 9. catch and shoot 3 is 7 and so on. On a shooting foul it is an 8 so I have them shoot free throws worth 4 each. Has really helped them to hunt the right type of shots.
