Offseason Blueprint!
We had a great summer this year when the boys actually showed up. It was a great reminder that I cannot want to work more than the boys who are playing. I tried to focus on very few things this summer and I know that we did get better in those areas.
Thank you for putting time into the off season blueprint as it helped me get my thoughts organized and put us on a good track to continue to develop.
