Help!! We are hemorrhaging the basketball!!

Coaches,

I am very short handed due to some injuries and sickness. For the last 5 or 6 games I have only dressed 8 kids. In those games we have averaged about 34 turnovers a game. The worst game being 41!! The crazy thing is we won that game! I have really tried to be intentional about SSGs to improve decision making and passing but when games come we have really tried to force things rather than "hunt great shots" which is one of our game goals. Last night, turned into a lay-up line for the other team. I know the girls want to win and they play their guts out. I feel like if we can cut turnovers down we could be in ALOT more games. I will take any advice.
