Budget impact on KSE100
PSX – Post Budget Market Behaviour (2015–2025)
Over the last 11 years (2015–2025), PSX closed the post-budget period positive 7 times and negative 4 times, with 3 of those negative closes occurring during broader bearish trends.
An interesting observation is that the last 4 bullish post-budget reactions delivered gains of up to 10%. If the market follows a similar historical pattern and bullish momentum remains intact, then the previous all-time high remains on the radar.
History doesn't repeat exactly, but it often rhymes.
