Buy Low Sell High Strategy With SIP - Practical Implementation

I have watched

Bhai video titled: Buy Low Sell High multiple times. Based on the presentation I really liked this strategy and it suits me as I don't have much time to invest. I can start investing with this plan and would like to implement practically for my case.

I would like to combine this strategy with SIP. I want to simulate returns with SIP based on data actual historical data, how can I do it?

Buying Stock Market and mutual fund is easy, but buying Fractional Gold and physical US Dollars is most of the times is not possible. As Exchanges demand US visa for this purpose.

I can buy gold from Meezan Mutual fund but it is not open to invest most of the time. We can not buy Gold on Spot price in PMEX. Do you know any other way to buy gold safely?

Rather than buying physical USD can we buy it in any Exchange like Binance. Is it legal to do transaction on Binance?
