Good: The habits you're most proud of and which have given you so much confidence (share them here even if you haven't shared them with others irl)
Bad: The habits you're trying to fix but keep on relapsing, but you're still in the process of fixing them.
Ugly: The habits that you know are ruining your life in some way that needs fixing.
For me:
Good: Overcoming social anxiety and that weird suffocating feeling in my chest while interacting with others is a big one for me. Also, not being a people pleaser has helped me big time.
(i used to be that person who would look at people's faces for approval before doing something and cared too much about what people think of me, which held me back from so many opportunities)
Also cut down my phone addiction to almost zero (around 5-10min phone screentime per day on average)
Bad: Giving too much information on 1:1 calls (that also eventually takes up more time than I intend), now I'm focusing on giving more punchier calls to my clients and prospects so they get more in less time.
also not giving into my sweet cravings is also something i need to work on ;)
Ugly: Waking up early (4 or 5am), I wanted to wake up at that time literally for years but still can't get in that habit.
I know I would unlock so much more time doing this and it would be good for my body as well but it's like the bed is pulling me down when I try to wake up at this time.
But this is still a quest I'm looking to accomplish.
Tell me yours (whether they’re related to business, life or whatever)
Maybe others can relate to them!
