DAY 1 CHALLENGE UPDATE
Had an amazing 2 hour session at the gym today. It was raining outside but started off with a cold plunge, did about 1300 steps on the stair master (got another 8000 steps to go until tonight), did you full session of legs and realized it was a terrible idea to do 700 steps on the stair master before but oh well.
Finished the session off with about 40 minutes in the sauna even did some bag work in the rain which felt amazing.
Gonna do a little afternoon walk today to finish up these steps!
