After returning late Wednesday from visiting my mom and family, I intentionally took Thursday and Friday to slow down and reconnect with my fur babies, Jedi and Luna. That quiet presence with them? That’s my first win.
Over the weekend, I updated my “Deep” group with new July reflections on my grief journey — next week marks one year since my husband passed.
I also completed Key Point 1, Activity 1 in the Menopause series, which I’ll be uploading to the classroom by the end of the week, once I complete Activities 2-4.
These activities are meant to be practical, soul-nourishing tools — especially for those of you navigating menopause and the shift into natural healing. I know how overwhelming it can be to start from scratch, so I’m building these to support you step-by-step.
đź”” Reminder:
The Deep group is free until mid-August, and everyone who joins now will keep free access even after it becomes a paid space. Share it with others who you feel may be interested.
💬 What’s new:
This week, I’ll be sharing a few sample reflections from my widow journey + previews of the worksheets I’m creating (coming soon to the classroom).
Next up, I’m planning to begin re-reading my personal journal entries from the first 9 months after my loss — and pairing them with video reflections to add depth, compassion, and perspective for anyone walking a similar road.
🌿 Your Turn
What were your wins last week — big or small?
What do you intend to create, shift, or feel this week?
✨Sending you love and light, today and always.
Here’s to showing up gently — and staying in the work that heals. 💫
