Do you listen to music on the hardest of days?
When having a very difficult day with my son & my mental health combined I turned to music. Could be cultural music like bachata, salsa etc. or in the last 1 yr n half of my sons life it was nursery rhymes specifically Ms Rachaelโ€™s songs . On the hard days I would play YouTube videos with him and sing a long. I used to sing to him all the time in my belly and somehow, he remembered. Then those hardest of days end not so hard. Please ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป feel free to share how you get through it with your kiddo ๐Ÿ’œhttps://open.spotify.com/track/3kmAsqsu85ATAtMDv0XccU?si=4Zo_ILhPSqOjbLCYapSX-g
