My thrivecart receipts show the full-price of a purchase. So if it was on a coupon or free... still shows full price. This person bought on tripwire so it IS "full" price, i.e. not on a coupon where it WAS $97 but they paid $17.
This is the second time someone has requested that *I* dig into my records to provide them a receipt for their purchase.
Both are out of the county.
Both say it is for "taxes".
Neither was actually very nice about it.
I'm wondering why they think I'm their bookkeeper? When I make a purchase, I'm in charge of ALL the clerical aspects including tracking.
I'm... salty about the demand to take MY time to dig up their records (that they do have and could cross-reference on their bank statements.)
And I get it, it's a flaw in TC that the receipt (maybe) doesn't give details.
Thoughts?
