Little Things I’ve Been Noticing.
Lately I've been noticing how rhythm shows up when I'm not trying to manage it. Not big habits or plans, just small things. When I eat. When I pause. When I realize I've been holding my breath without knowing it. Nothing to fix. Noting to optimize. Just noticing what's already moving. A small return
There's no right way to be here. No pace to match. Not rhythm to catch up to. This space is simple, an invitation to return to your body, your breath, your own timing. Today, all I'm offering is this: notice one moment where your body softens. It might be while washing your hands, standing near a window, or taking the first sip of something warm.
