Founded by Sam Pritchard, creator of People in Paddocks and the PIPA app – Safety Served Sweet is a practical, collaborative space for the families and farm advisers managing safety, payroll and compliance behind the scenes.
With experience across family farms and corporate agriculture, Sam has seen the cost of reactive systems. After supporting a family through a workplace fatality and industrial manslaughter investigation, she committed to turning compliance into daily practice. That led to the development of PIPA, the farm safety & compliance app that speaks all languages and is achieving a 98% worker adoption rate!
