Spending time outside in the sunlight drastically improves your mood, support healing and lower your stress levels that keep us inflamed due to high cortisol.
I was so lucky to find a stump that I was able to sit and meditate on for about 15 minutes. I’m going to try to do this at least once per week but ideally 2-3 times per week to help align my root, sacral and solar plexus chakra.
This is your gentle reminder to spend time with yourself outside ☀️
