What's up everyone, I've been pretty quiet in the community lately, but it's honestly because business has been moving fast these last few weeks. Between real estate projects, acquisitions, and day-to-day operations, I've had my head down focused on execution. I had some downtime today and spent some time going through the community again, and it reminded me how much value there is in having a group like this. Timo has helped me tremendously already, and there are a lot of sharp people in here from all different industries and backgrounds. One thing I'm planning on doing moving forward is becoming much more active in the group. I think a lot of opportunities come from simply building relationships with the right people, sharing experiences, and helping each other solve problems. I'm always interested in connecting with entrepreneurs, investors, funding professionals, and anyone who's actively building something. Timo and Egypt set me up to meet with two banks today. I went in and came out with $46K. Second Banker (US BANK) said the third approval was low because of the recent hard inquiries. So, he suggested that I wait a little while before the fourth application. Timo's relationship managers took care of me, and now I am creeping closer to my funding goal. #booya!
