Hello beautiful women, Next week we have our LIVE Well This Summer group session. I hope you can make it. Please do mark your calendars 🗓️. As we move towards the Summer Solstice, we are approaching the longest days of the year. ✨ Peak light.✨ A turning point.✨ A threshold. In Vedic tradition, this marks the closing chapter of Uttarayana — the northern path, the soul’s movement towards the light. There is a heightened spiritual energy available now. This New Moon always feels like a time when Prana is a little depleted for me, which makes it the perfect invitation to reduce busyness, soften the pace, and allow space for deeper reflection. Inside our women’s collective, we always honour this with a circle together. Think of this moment as a cosmic exhale. An invitation to align with your highest values and reconnect with your Sankalpa 🤍 — your heartfelt prayer and soul intention. Even if we’re connecting through the ether, it is always beautiful to gather with you. I hope you’re turning your mind towards something positive, nourishing, and devotional for your soul. Dearest Sisters, Summer sunset greetings to you all. Find a moment with me and take a sacred pause. Imagine yourself three months from now. In the sacred version of yourself... Not the version of you who has finally "fixed" everything. Not the version who has lost the weight, completed the checklist, or perfected her routine. The version of you who feels deeply at home in her body. The version who trusts herself. The version who wakes up with a quiet sense of vitality, moving through her day. 🔆 What does radiant health mean to you this season? Perhaps it's having the energy to play with your children. Perhaps it's sleeping through the night. Perhaps it's feeling calm and sensual in your own skin instead of constantly trying to shrink or improve it. Perhaps it's walking into a room fully yourself. Or maybe it's simply being able to hear your body's wisdom and respond with love. Health looks different in every season of life. Ayurveda teaches us that true health isn't about becoming someone else. For the next 7–10 days, bring your body back into rhythm. Wake at the same time each day. Before getting out of bed use your mind to consciously choose an intention for your day.
