In this talk, I explore the deeper yogic and Ayurvedic understanding of Prana, Tejas, and Ojas — the subtle forces that shape our vitality, mental clarity, nervous system stability, and spiritual energy.
So many people today are experiencing scattered attention, overstimulation, depletion, emotional intensity, insomnia, or difficulty grounding after spiritual practices… without understanding what is actually happening within the system.

When Prana becomes disturbed, the mind struggles to rest in the present moment. And this can feel very unsettling when Ojas is depleted, the nervous system loses its resilience. I plan on sharing next the 2 Part next friday on how Tejas becomes excessive, intensity can burn through the system too quickly.
Ayurveda offers us a profound map for returning to balance — not through force, but through rhythm, nourishment, grounding, and awareness.
