Inside the Sacred Vitality Collective, our invitation around the eclipse is beautifully simple:
Go less outward. Go more inward.
Ayurveda reminds us that there are times for expansion, visibility, creating, doing, socialising… and there are times when the most intelligent thing we can do is reduce stimulation and conserve our energy.
An eclipse can become that kind of sacred interruption.
Rather than packing the diary, scrolling endlessly, trying to manifest harder or forcing yourself to “make the most” of the energy, I want to invite you to do almost the opposite.
Eat simply.
Dim the lights.
Rest more.
Journal.
Walk slowly.
Sit quietly.
Protect your energy.
Let your nervous system soften.
Because sometimes the deepest healing doesn’t happen when we add another ritual.
It happens when we finally stop long enough to hear ourselves.
And this feels especially important for women who have spent years overriding their bodies, rushing through exhaustion and treating rest like something they have to earn.
This eclipse, you do not need to become someone new.
You may simply need to become quiet enough to remember who you already are.
Save the Ayurvedic Eclipse Guide above and choose just one or two practices that feel nourishing rather than turning this into another blooming checklist. 😄
And tell me below: what are you being called to slow down around right now?
With love,
Amrita 🤍
P.S. This is exactly the kind of practice we explore inside the Sacred Vitality Collective — learning how to live with the rhythms of nature rather than constantly fighting against them.
