Step 1: The Cooling Breath
Close your eyes. Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 8. Do this for 2–3 minutes. Let your breath be your balm. Imagine it cooling the heat in your belly, chest, and head. Whisper to yourself:“I soften into my feminine power. I choose peace over pressure.”
Step 2: Rose Water Anointment
Spritz rose water or dab a drop of sandalwood/rose oil on your heart. This is your sacred yes — to slowing down, to being held, to receiving.
Step 3: One Powerful Question
Ask yourself: “What would it look like to lead my life from nourishment instead of urgency today?”Jot the answer in your journal — or speak it aloud to the mirror like a priestess reclaiming her throne.
