INTRODUCE YOURSELF 👋
Figured I should go first. I’m Steve. Born and raised in NY, now living in the Charlotte, NC area. I’m a full-time firefighter and have worked as a strength & conditioning coach for over a decade. I wrestled in college, then spent years competing in natural bodybuilding and powerlifting while also getting into running. Over time, I’ve taken what works from each style and blended it into how I train today. Especially as a new dad, getting the most out of my time matters. I run multiple days a week, follow structured strength & conditioning, and do a lot of pull-ups (IYKYK). Right now I’m focused on becoming a more durable runner, maintaining a quality base of strength, testing the engine with metcons, and being a fit dad who doesn’t make excuses. Random fact: Every summer I do 100 pull-ups a day for 100 straight days - 10,000 pull-ups over the summer. Outside of training, I love fishing, golfing, making a quality espresso, walking my two Frenchies, and finding the best restaurants around with my wife. My goal with Sabella Fit Co. is simple: give people a place to stop overthinking their training, trust the programming, put in the work, and know they’re getting better. Now your turn 👇 Where are you from? What does your training look like right now? What are you working toward? And give us one fact about yourself.

The programming is designed to progress as you go. Training fewer days? No problem. Just continue with the next workout when you're ready. COMBINING PROGRAMS You can combine The Flagship + Run Club, but you don't need to do everything. Recommended schedules for combining programs are available based on how often you want to train. And when life gets busy, 20 Min or Less is always there. THAT'S IT. Start at Week 1, scale when needed, ask questions, stay consistent. STACK GOOD WEEKS.

WINS + PRs 🏆
Share the wins. Big or small. Hit a PR? Run a distance you haven’t before? Finish a workout you didn’t think you could? Finally get a movement down? Or just put together a really consistent week? Post it here. Progress isn’t always a number on the bar or a time on the clock. If you’re getting better, we want to hear about it.

TRAINING QUESTIONS 💬
Have a question about the programming? Drop it here. Scaling, substitutions, equipment changes, pacing, loads, running, or anything else that comes up while you’re training. Give me a little context and I’ll help you figure it out. If you’re wondering about it, there’s a good chance someone else is too.
