Hey all, Will still host the Monday Q&A and will try to keep putting tips and reminders to help your practice day. BUT I may need to put any lessons on hold for now for the next couple of weeks. Apologies as well, as I was not able to make a handout and lesson for arpeggios. Being swamped with 2 big music project and a jazz camp I’ll be teaching this coming week. Hey all, Sorry for delay on posting. I’m a day behind. I just loaded up me playing over the first 8 measures of take the A train. Try and learn it by ear. Use a program to let you loop or repeat sections with ease. Let me know if you need suggestions or help with how to transcribe. I put a handout that lets you see what I was thinking when I played that solo.
