This week, we’re going back to the basics: three runs of at least 30 minutes each. Pace doesn’t matter. Distance doesn’t matter. What counts is showing up and moving for half an hour.
Whether it’s a relaxed jog, a trail run, or a treadmill session, it all adds up. The goal is time on feet!
✅ Rules
  1. Complete 3 runs of at least 30 minutes each between Monday and Sunday
  2. Post proof of each run in this thread (son in the comments): photo OR screenshot, AND a quick recap! Please START your comment with: [your name] - entry #[x]
  3. CHEER other people on! 💙
  4. Everyone who completes all 3 runs will be entered into the weekly spot prize draw.
  5. One winner will be chosen at random at the end of the week (next Monday morning)
