This week's challenge: take a proper rest day and do something just for your recovery.
Something that has nothing to do with running.
Some ideas:
  • A long bath or sauna
  • Get a massage
  • Put those compression boots on
  • A nap. Just a nap.

1️⃣ Take one full rest day from running this week.
2️⃣ Do something that helps you recover faster (see ideas above)
3️⃣ Post in this thread: what you did.
4️⃣ Everyone who participates will be entered into the weekly spot prize draw.
One winner will be chosen at random.
