This week is about building strength and resilience that supports your running.
Your challenge has three simple parts: 2 runs/walks, plyometrics, and balance/stability work. I'm giving you specific sessions to do.
If youβre injured or easing back in, you can change the runs for walks.

Rules
- Complete at least two runs or walks this week.
- Complete THIS SESSION of beginner plyometrics session (at least) once
- Complete THIS SESSION for balance and stability (at least) once
- Share proof or a short recap of all three in this thread. At the top of your comment, please say [RUN 1], [RUN 2], [BALANCE], [PLYO] to showcase each.
- Everyone who completes all three parts will be entered into the weekly spot prize draw.
