This week is about building strength and resilience that supports your running.
Your challenge has three simple parts: 2 runs/walks, plyometrics, and balance/stability work. I'm giving you specific sessions to do.
If you’re injured or easing back in, you can change the runs for walks.
βœ… Rules
  1. Complete at least two runs or walks this week.
  2. Complete THIS SESSION of beginner plyometrics session (at least) once
  3. Complete THIS SESSION for balance and stability (at least) once
  4. Share proof or a short recap of all three in this thread. At the top of your comment, please say [RUN 1], [RUN 2], [BALANCE], [PLYO] to showcase each.
  5. Everyone who completes all three parts will be entered into the weekly spot prize draw.
  6. One winner will be chosen at random at the end of the week.
