A habit that made a real difference.
Mine is pretty simple but has made a difference in getting out the door, but on days when I lack motivation, I’ve found it helpful to just jump straight into getting my running clothes on.
There’s something about that shift in mindset. Like I’m putting on the uniform to do hard things and that changes everything for me.
Once I’m dressed, I usually start finding the motivation along the way because I’ve already committed to the run.
