Train for Godliness
Something I want us to sit with this week: Are you training your body more consistently than you're training your faith? 🏋️‍♀️ There's no shame in that question. It's one worth asking honestly. 1 Timothy 4:8 tells us both matter. Bodily training has value, but godliness has value in every way. In this community, we're not just building stronger bodies. We're building stronger people, spirit included. What does your faith training look like this week? Share one thing you're doing to strengthen both. Let's keep each other accountable. 1 Timothy 4:8 "For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come."
