Week 1 - The Reset
I think what felt the hardest when writing my letter was the fact that I let myself get to the point I did and feeling that low about.
I’m most excited about letting go of the excuses I’ve made to get to where I was. I’m super excited to step into the version of myself that’s motivated, consistent and self-aware.
Choosing myself means that I’m putting myself first and meeting my own needs. Hitting my daily goals, meditating, breathing and just allowing myself to actually take care of myself.
