Life Is *Good*
This journey of self love, self respect, and self discovery has been such a learning curve. I’ve quickly realized my only motivation can no longer be physical change, because that motivation dies pretty fast once you aren’t seeing what you want. Now, my motivation is myself. A healthier, stronger mind and body.
3 months in and I am just starting to see those physical changes, but I’ve been feeling the changes for months. Eating with mindfulness, and working out regularly has changed my life— I am stronger, I feel better physically and mentally, and I am no longer prisoner to my chronic pain condition. Life is mine again, and life is good. 💜💪
