This book— Oh my gosh. I *adore* it. It’s helping me to better myself and change aspects of my life I hadn’t considered. Not just addressing habits that need to change, but restructuring the system that builds them. Habit stacking and implementation intentions have been changing my life.
When I wake up, I drink water. After I drink water, I meditate. After I meditate, cook and eat breakfast. After breakfast, I go for my 30 minute walk; Every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (these are my days off) I go to the gym at 2pm; Making my goals not only desirable, but easy, has changed my daily life.
I am finally committing to a gym subscription, and I don’t see an end to this growth and change. 🥰 It has felt sooo good! If you haven’t started reading this book yet I 10/10 recommend!
