Transitioning into construction from design — marketing advice?
Hey everyone — Im new here on the platform and also pretty early in building my business, so I wanted to introduce myself and ask for some advice.
I’ve been running a small side business doing design work, mostly for other contractors. Now I’m working on transitioning into a full design-build model and want to start taking on more construction projects myself (ADUs, remodels, etc.).
Right now I’m trying to figure out the best way to consistently generate quality leads for construction projects—not just design.
At this point I have successfully overwhelmed myself with ideas but not sure which direction to go on a limited budget. What is your advice?
