Hey everyone — Im new here on the platform and also pretty early in building my business, so I wanted to introduce myself and ask for some advice. I’ve been running a small side business doing design work, mostly for other contractors. Now I’m working on transitioning into a full design-build model and want to start taking on more construction projects myself (ADUs, remodels, etc.). Right now I’m trying to figure out the best way to consistently generate quality leads for construction projects—not just design. At this point I have successfully overwhelmed myself with ideas but not sure which direction to go on a limited budget. What is your advice?

Question: How many of you folks work weekends? I know when I work Saturday and or Sunday mornings, while the phone isn't ringing and the office is quiet, I can get a lot done and set the week up for success.
