As a member of the public once upon a time

As a member of the public in the past, i see nothing until the road is completed, upgrading works already done. All i care about is the noise generated while works are ongoing.

Now, if suddenly something goes wrong, then we get free fired in every angle. Oh, it could have been prevented they say.

Now i'm slowly understanding how much work is done behind the scenes. Eye-opening!
