Hello, my name is Lisa Kilby. I am not a vegan currently but used to years ago for a while. I was young and had my reasons but pressure to eat like others stopped my eating patterns.,
Many years have passed. I have had bypass surgery two years ago and am diabetic. My food has to change. Development of chronic erosive gastritis has me eliminating lots of foods.
I am ready to go back to being a vegan but with more conscience to how my body reacts. My husband has flirted with the idea so maybe if I try and get things started, he will follow.
What do you suggest I start out with? I’ll take any advice I can get.
